The Unknown Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees, and Assigns, Immediate and Remote, of Pauline Abercrombie, deceased, and the Unknown Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees, and Assigns, Immediate and Remote, of Nell Bellis King, deceased.
You are hereby notified that a Petition for Partition has been filed in the District Court in and for Payne County, State of Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2017-93, styled “Dennis G. Abercrombie, Plaintiff, vs. the Unknown Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees, and Assigns, Immediate and Remote, of Pauline Abercrombie, deceased, and the Unknown Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees, and Assigns, Immediate and Remote, of Nell Bellis King, deceased, Defendants" alleging that the Plaintiff is the record owner of an undivided mineral acre interest underlying the following described lands situated in Payne County, State of Oklahoma, to wit:
E/2 of Lot 3 and the E/2 SE/4 NW/4 of Section Six (6), Township Seventeen (17) North, Range Six (6) East, Payne County, Oklahoma, containing 40.11 acres, more or less.
and
S/2 NE/4 of Section Ten (10), Township Eighteen (18) North, Range Four (4) East, Payne County, Oklahoma, containing 80.00 acres, more or less.
Plaintiff's Petition alleges that you and each of you claim some right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest in and to some or all of the above described interests adverse to the Plaintiff, which constitutes a cloud on Plaintiff's title and that you have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest, either in law or in equity in and to the said interests.
You are hereby notified that you have been sued and must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiff on or before the 17th of April, 2017 or the allegations contained in said Petition will be taken as true and judgment entered thereon, adjudging the Plaintiff to be the owner of the above described mineral interest as stated in Plaintiff's Petition; and, in such event, you will be adjudged and decreed to have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest, either in law or in equity in and to the said real property and a decree quieting Plaintiffs' title in and to the said real property will be entered.
