NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC The Raleigh County Housing Authority has developed a draft Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 2017 in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. The plan is available for review at the Housing Authority's administrative office located at 282 George Street, Beckley, West Virginia. The Housing Authority’s hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. The Housing Authority will accept written comments regarding the proposed Annual Plan. In addition, a public hearing will be held on Monday, April 3, 2017 at the Authority’s office at 4:00 p.m. The public is invited to review the plan, to submit comments regarding the plan, and to attend the public hearing.

With programming changes over time, these channels are now classed as general entertainment, rather than faith channels and no longer qualify for Economy carriage. On March 29, 2017, BYU and INSP will move to Standard cable. BYU will move to channel 280 and INSP to channel 276. Viceland and FreeForm will remain on the same level of service, but will change channel locations. Viceland CH 276/1276 will move to 224/1224 and FreeForm CH 307/1307 will move to 232/1232 as part of the Entertainment/Variety section of the lineup. (210)
