White, Deceased, that on the 2nd day of February, 2016, Joel M. White produced and filed in the District Court of Woodward County and State of Oklahoma, a duly authenticated copy of the Last Will and Testament of the said Decedent, Charlotte C. White, from the District Court of the Eighteenth Judicial District, Sedgwick County, Kansas, the last place of residence of said Decedent, and also filed in said District Court of Woodward County, Oklahoma, a Petition praying that said authenticated copies be allowed, filed, recorded, and have the same force and effect as if they had been originally allowed and proved in last said County, and that Letters Testamentary issue to Joel M. White under the conditions required by law, and that the Court determine the heirs of Charlotte C. White, Deceased. That pursuant to an Order made by said District Court on the 2nd day of February, 2016, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 18th day of February, 2016, at 1:10 p.m. of said day, has been appointed as the time and place for hearing said Petition at the Courtroom of said Court in the Courthouse in Woodward, Woodward County, Oklahoma, when and where all the aforesaid interested persons may appear and contest such Petition.
