PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Harpersfield Town Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Local Law No. 001 of the Year 2006 - Town of Harpersfield Site Plan Review Law, for a Site Plan Review for Dennis&Eileen King, 335 Gaffey Road, for a post and beam barn to be used as a venue for events and as a storage facility located at 335 Gaffey Road. SAID HEARING will be held on Wednesday the 27th day of January 2016, at the Town Hall, located at 25399 State Highway 23, Harpersfield, Delaware County, New York at 7:30 PM at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
