COLLECTOR'S NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL AND WARRANT TAKE NOTICE, that I , the undersigned Collector of Taxes of the Town of Harpersfield, Delaware County, New York, when having duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes for the fiscal year 2016 and I will attend at the Town Clerk's Office in said Town of Harpersfield. Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, closing from noon to 1:00 PM for lunch in January 2016. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the taxes may be paid on or before January 31, 2016 without charge or interest. On all such taxes remaining unpaid after January 31, 2016, there shall be added interest of one percentum for the month of February and an additional one percentum for each additional month, until such taxes are paid or until the return of unpaid taxes to the County Treasurer pursuant to law. After April 15, 2016, I have to have certified funds and I will not accept any taxes paid after April 30, 2016 when the tax rolls go back to the County Treasurer. Dated: December 14, 2015 Linda E.
