(First Published November 25, 2015) NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, ROBBY SCHRADER and KIMBERLY SCHRADER, husband and wife by their Deed of Trust, dated the 20th day of January, 2009, and recorded on April 8, 2009, in Book 2126, Page 0726, in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Jasper County, Missouri conveyed to Robert L. Gross, Trustee, the following described properties situated in the County of Jasper, State of Missouri, to-wit: ALL OF THE WEST HALF (W 1/2) OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW 1/4) OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE 1/4) OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 28, RANGE 30, JASPER COUNTY, MISSOURI, EXCEPT ALL OF THE EAST HALF (E 1/2) OF THE WEST HALF (W 1/2) OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW 1/4) OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE 1/4) OF SAID SECTION 16, AND EXCEPT ANY PART TAKEN OR DEEDED FOR HIGHWAY ON THE NORTH. WHEREAS, default was made and still continues in the payment of said note, and the whole amount has become due and payable. NOW, THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of said note, and in pursuance of the provisions of said Deed of Trust, I, Richard J. Collins, the undersigned Successor Trustee, will sell the property above-described at public vendue, to the highest bidder for cash, at the South Door of the Courthouse, 601 S. Pearl, in the City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri, on December 15, 2015, between the hours of 9:00 o'clock a.m. and 5:00 o'clock p.m., said sale to begin at 2:00 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the cost of executing this Trust. /s/ Richard J.
