NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Town of Laurens Highway Department is seeking bids for the following until 6 PM on December 11, 2015 at 37 Brook Street Laurens, NY 13796. 607/433-2816: 2,000 Gallons Conventional Regular Gasoline (Unleaded) To Be Delivered To 1000 Gallon Tank, And 7,200 Gallons Heating Oil To Be Delivered To Four (4) -275 Gallon Tanks And One (1) - 500 Gallon Tank Please Include Billing Terms With Quote. All bids received pursuant to this notice will be publicly opened and read at a regular meeting of the Laurens Town Board on December 14, 2015 at 7:00 pm. All bids must be accompanied by a certificate executed pursuant to Section 103d of the general Municipal Law of the State of New York. These certificates are available from the town clerk.
