MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE NOTICE Default having been made in the terms of that certain mortgage executed by CHRISTOPHER MOTES, a single man, and CRYSTAL SANDERSON, a single woman, n/k/a CRYSTAL SANDERSON MOTES, as Mortgagors, to ALVIN WALLACE, as Mortgagee, which said mortgage is dated August 16, 2012, and recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, at RLPY 2012, Pages 47145, and said default continuing, and by virtue of the power contained in said mortgage, the following described property will be sold at public outcry for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Limestone County Judicial Center during the legal hours of sale, on the 30th day of November, 2015, to-wit: 1306 N. Said property was transferred to Ollie Mae Wallace at the death of Alvin Wallace, as set forth in the Probate records of Limestone County, Alabama.
