MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE NOTICE Default having been made in the terms of that certain mortgage executed by CHRISTOPHER MOTES, a single man, and CRYSTAL SANDERSON, a single woman, n/k/a CRYSTAL SANDERSON MOTES, as Mortgagors, to ALVIN WALLACE, as Mortgagee, which said mortgage is dated August 16, 2012, and recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, at RLPY 2012, Pages 47145, and said default continuing, and by virtue of the power contained in said mortgage, the following described property will be sold at public outcry for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Limestone County Judicial Center during the legal hours of sale, on the 30th day of November, 2015, to-wit: 1306 N. Houston St., Athens, Alabama, being more particularly described as follows: One hundred forty feet (140') evenly off the West side of the South half lot of Lot 38 of Block 1 of the W. H. Roberts Subdivision, according to the map of said subdivision on file in the Probate Office of Limestone County, Alabama, in Plat Book “A”, Page 9. Said property was transferred to Ollie Mae Wallace at the death of Alvin Wallace, as set forth in the Probate records of Limestone County, Alabama. THIS PROPERTY WILL BE SOLD ON AN "AS IS, WHERE IS" BASIS, SUBJECT TO ANY EASEMENTS, ENCUMBRANCES, AND EXCEPTIONS REFLECTED IN THE MORTGAGE AND THOSE CONTAINED IN THE RECORDS OF THE OFFICE OF THE JUDGE OF PROBATE OF LIMESTONE COUNTY, ALABAMA. THIS PROPERTY WILL BE SOLD WITHOUT WARRANTY OR RECOURSE, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AS TO TITLE, USE, AND/OR ENJOYMENT AND WILL BE SOLD SUBJECT TO THE RIGHT OF REDEMPTION OF ALL PARTIES ENTITLED THERETO. Alabama law gives some persons who have an interest in property the right to redeem the property under certain circumstances. This sale is subject to postponement and/or cancellation.
