Case No. PB-2015-15 NOTICE OF HEARING ON RETURN OF SALE Notice is hereby given that Billy H. Honeycutt, Personal Representative of the Estate of Junior H. Honeycutt, deceased, has presented for confirmation and filed in this Court his Return of Sale of the right, title and interest of said deceased in and to the following described real property situated in Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit: All of the NE/4 NW/4 LESS AND EXCEPT the East 462 feet thereof, of Section 35, Township 23 North, Range 17 East, subject roadway easement on Easterly side of property, as deeded and recorded in Book 438 Page 36, records of Rogers County, Oklahoma. Said property was sold at private sale to Charles Derick Webster and Tina Ann Webster for the sum of Two Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($220,000.00). Reference is hereby made to said Return of Sale for further particulars. That a hearing on said Return of Sale has been set for the 23rd day of November, 2015, at 9:30 o'clock, A.M. at the District Courtroom of Rogers County, Claremore, Oklahoma, at which time and place any person interested may appear and show cause, if any there be, why such sale should not be confirmed.
