No. PB-2015-79 AMENDED NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of GERALDINE E. MCKAY, deceased, that on the 19th day of August, 2015, there was produced and filed in this Court an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of GERALDINE E. MCKAY, deceased, and also filed in said Court was a Petition praying for the probate of said Will and an order determining the individual identity of each of the heirs, beneficiaries, legatees and devisees, that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to BRENDA CAROL MARTIN, the Personal Representative named in said Will; and that said Petition will be heard in the District Courtroom, Rogers County Courthouse, Claremore, Oklahoma, on the 14th day of September, 2015, 2015, at the hour of 9:30 o'clock A.M., at which time all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of said Petition should not be granted.
