LEGAL NOTICE/INVITATION FOR BIDS 4 DOOR 2015 OR 2016 MID TO FULL SIZE SEDAN Delaware Opportunities Inc. is seeking bids so that we may purchase a 2015 or 2016 new mid size to full size 4 door sedan, minimum 4 cylinder, will consider hybrid, automatic 5 to 6 speed transmission, FWD, ABS, spare tire, ac, power windows, power steering, cruise control, 2 oem or fobs, variable windshield wipers, blue tooth, AM/FM CD player front and rear speakers. Specifications are not designed to give any specific manufacturer any advantage, but are provided as general guidelines. Preference will be given to MWBE bidders to the extent that bids from MWBE are reasonably in line with other bidders. Bids to be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked "Vehicle Bid" and delivered to 35430 State Highway 10, Hamden, NY 13782 no later than 4:00 pm September 4, 2015.
